On scientific research and communication projects in the fields of nutrition, mental health, lifestyle medicine and well-being.

Scientific Research

Dr Bujtor holds a Ph.D. and is a peer-reviewed published scientific researcher.

She spent time working at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IOPPN - ranked 2nd in the world for psychology and psychiatry), at King’s College London, where she worked on various research projects relating to dietary intake and mental health.

Dr Bujtor’s research interests include advances in the field of nutritional psychiatry and understanding the mechanisms, at the level of the body and the brain, underlying the effect of nutrition on mental health, especially in the crucial early years. As well as the field of allergic disease, specifically food allergies, and the field of paediatric feeding disorders and understanding what drives our food choices and dietary behaviours.
